Our Story

Some facts about us: 

We are a small, locally owned business. 

We are a woman-owned business, but the men pull their weight around here, too. 

We are a family-run business. 

We are passionate about what we do – cultivating memorable experiences. 

We have been in the local real estate business since 1991 and the local vacation rental business since 1992 (we were the first vacation rental business in town!).

We have vacation rentals in Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville, Glenn, the south end of Holland, the north end of South Haven, and on Lake Allegan. 

We proudly manage hard-working people’s investment properties. Their families are much like yours actually!

We are human. We make mistakes. However, our goal is always to learn from any uh-oh moments and move on. Please know we try our hardest to make everything perfect… to make it as good as possible. We haven’t met a perfect person yet, but we’ll strive to be that! Let us help you if you need anything at all.
